AB have a look at the scottreaproject on YouTube, just search for 'how to make version sausages'.
I subscribe to his channel and he has some great videos, he's a butcher and really explains everything very well. Heaps of tips, not just sausages.

Yep go tigers, couldnt figure out two ump decisions, 1st was deliberate out of bounce, the guy had 2 carlton guys
breathing down his back. the other was a marking contest but it couldnt been out of the play area.
While we are happy half of Collingwood have tested positive for illicit drugs, couldnt be happier.
Give a guy $800k a year and he take drugs nah cant see it

Had dinner with my uncle last night as he was down from qld for business and was going to the comedy shows in the city over the weekend. .. he is the only normal part of my family and i miss him.

Always been a very fit person but after retirement from soccer some years ago put on a bit of weight but this time was bloody trim and terrific. .. he has gone off sugar only and lost heaps.

Another forum on here got off the sugar and also lost heaps of weight. .. still eats bacon and eggs or what ever but just cut out the sugar.... its hard and so addictive but must give it a try.
