It's really really annoying , more so outside the car lol. So I hope the exhaust fixes it as its coming from that general area.

booth of my td42t's have had the "rattle" I could not pin point it anywhere either haha

Same here, when it does it people turn around to see what the noise is

Mine rattles but I know it's definitely the exaust bracket at the rear, have tried tightening it to no avail

Would a bottle of T2 settle it down

Castrol T2 quiets down the ZD30's pretty good, sure Cuppa uses it on his Patrol.
It just lubricates the fuel system

Oh yes. Thats what i was hesitant to do on the CRD... Now on the 4.2 however.... mmm

I don't think a bit of T2 will fix this rattle. LOL
