Ive helped do tomatoes plenty of times but never on that scale.... thats a lot of tomato sauce.

This brings back memories of when I was a kid, best mate is Croation. Could never go there without getting a feed, even if you weren't hungry.
Always helped make the wine and then drink it. Can still smell the fermented grapes. Kill a pig or sheep in the suburban back yard. Hams in the home made smoker.
That was the life.
