trying to stay awake at work

Morning gents. I'm up for another day..
Got a 2am to 2pm shift Thursday and Friday So I'll be dripping in then..

Yeh bout the same did a 12hr last night and had been up from 7.30 sun morn then had to take my eldest to the doctors straight after work so didn't get to sleep until bout 10.30 this morn only to have to wake up at 2.45 to pick the little one up from school so feel like a bit of a zombie atm.

Morning gents. Well I'm about to mozy Off for a 2 am start. What a shit of a time to start. 4 hours sleep due to kids acting up, 12 hours work, do it all again tomorrow..

Manged bed at 8pm, and up at 12.30. Fark today is going to drag... :(
