New trolly jack and stands so i can fit my new suspension gear
$188 for the lot 2000kg jack ,3000kg stands, from repco today on sale
Bought and paid for a snorkel, plus fitment to day. Nothing like pulling your finger out after eight years or so.
Bought the troll a set of SAAS EGT/Boost guages with pillar pod today for upcoming Exhaust Install :)
New gas struts for the bonnet, so now I can do away with the broom stick. Miracles happen when the finger is out.
As long as it`s only a digit and not the whole hand of fingers. That`s another subject all together and comes under the heading of fisting. Any way, the struts work a treat.
Saw these schrader 1/8th valves and couldn't help my self. now to figure out
what to use them for. One will be going on my XP9.5 Warn winch, for river crossings
No idea where I'll use the other one yet ??
Yeah I was looking at put an old style fold away metal arm aswell but ran out of time ( & patience) so bought new struts , mine were only about $20 a pair so I'll see how long they last .

Lashed out and bought a Tracklander flat roof rack. Spent about a month looking at all sorts of racks from expensive & well known to cheap & unknown. The only rack I couldn't find a bad word spoken about was the Tracklander.
Here's how I've mounted mine, plus a few extra on top of the dash
These make fitting to boost gauge easy,

Brought lots of things since i got my "Car Parts Stimulus Package" from the Goverment... But this morning got some new wipers.. Pair of those Beam Blade things... So quiet compared to the conventional ones that clunk as they change direction!
They look good mate..
Did you get the spring top plate res mount too or you going to mount elsewhere?
Also did you get the valved to suit your front end weight before they sent them out?
My stimulus is already spent lol..
I have to pay it back..
Nothing patrol related but I got myself a bargain on a nice scotch decanter set.http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forum...016/08/137.jpg

True and it is empty all over again. Just about to fill it for another round. A simple 12y glenfiddich single malt.
Edit: problem solved

So you buy it in a bottle to pour into a bottle then into a glass, why not just drink from the first bottle and be done with it.
I've only once brought a bottle of scotch that was over $100 and it was for a gift. It was something similar 18 yo single malt. I'm going to have to go over and help myself to a little taste at least.

Wish these were all full again.
I bought a 24 year old bottle of single malt Glenfiddich in 1981 at the Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo in Edinburgh Scotland. It's a presentation bottle in a metal picture box. I remember it costing me about 65pound. A lot of money then. Came close to opening it once, but intend to drink it with my son on his wedding day.
