Yesterday my neighbour told me one of my roof tiles had slipped and that birds were getting into the roof. Been trying to figure out a course of action, now wishing I'd just sealed it. We had the 2 inches of water throughout 1/2 of our house a couple years back. Burst flexi hose. Insurance co was very helpful.
