yea that 7th pic down looks like its real , great shots mate
Thanks Guys, they do look almost real sometimes in the pics. ;)
Troy, those shots of your rig what you were after ?, and did you ever end up catching up with Mat to give him the pics i took of his car ?
Yeh, it will wait till the day i get it finished and want to go on a trip, then we will get a month of rain !
What pics are these of my car?
This style RC can certainly Boogey, Great shots too.
I'm more into the 1/0 rock crawler, don't have to run after them after a stack, lol
At Scottys place, i gave Troy a file with all his pic's ( large scale), it also contained the pics you wanted of your car Mat, i thought Troy may catch up with you sooner than i would, but I guess not then (lol)
Thanks mate, yeh i like the Crawlers too !, im not sure Rock Crawlers would make for "exciting" pics like cars that move fast and loose, well, it would depend on just how big the rocks are i guess ;)
[QUOTE=04OFF;263167]Went out to watch the RC cars with my son again, he's pretty keen to get one now....

WOW again, they look amazing, heres my action shot from phone as per previous talk, as you pointed out
too slow for action
Ha-ha, yeh maybe you should live there Rodney :harhar:
Ive paddled a inflateable boat all the way around your lake, seems like a nice place, wouldn't want to go for a swim in that water tho
hey mate,
Great photos, i just sat here for the last hour and a half looking at your pics/skills in absolute awe. They are stunning.
I actually have a massive RC car, its more like a scaled real car as opposed to the racers in your pics.
My RC car has the best of both worlds, rock crawling capability and astonishing speed to get those nice action shots. AND it wasn't $1300.
Cheers
lachlan
Nice pics mate

Yep those two were my favourite of your neurum creek shots. Like I said in that thread, I love the lighting of the tree in the first one. Red, green and yellow leafs
Tap, crackle, pop
Thanks mate, the pics easy get lost in the other thread, these are my favs too, amazing i got any good shots after the amount of drinks id had at the time (ha-ha) :drunk:
Night photography is my favorite thing to do, i had planned play around and to take some shots with sparks and stuff, but i forgot to take what i needed, at least i rememberd the tent (lol) ;)
BTW, thats ben-e-boys ute under the tree if anyone was wondering.
Benny is actually sitting in the car, and did a great job of carrying out my instructions (operating all the car lights for different time periods) as i shouted them out, so we actually got that pic on the first go.
Ohh cmonnnn!!
Very cool shots mate!
Been months since. ive had the camera out, up at Noosaville at the moment, went out for some sunset pics, very relaxing .......

Only just seen this thread, you have some good stuff on here mate.
Do you not find that you get diffraction at F18 and 22 on your sunset shots?
Yeah, know the problem.I don`t do much landscape stuff to be honest, widest I have is 28 on full frame.
The second of your sunsets above is superb pal, really like that one.
Onya Stevo new screen saver shots
Brilliant!!
Simply stunning..

Thanks guys !
I still only have a Canon crop sensor at the moment fracster, i had planned to go full frame last year, but rolling the car set me back a bit :frown:
Plus for the move to full frame i need to replace some lenses, so it will just have to wait (hope this year i can move up), then i will also switch to hosting pics on Flicker so they should look a bit cleaner as well.
Couple from the Gold Coast on the weekend.....
