Hanging out bigtime for another dog, toss up between a Staffy or a jack russell.
Might even go and look at rescue dogs as well, plus I have a soft spot for
Dobermans, very placid dogs IMO,, any ideas Dobbie too big to travel
Get a rescue dog mate.
But don't get a jack..
They are a pita.. and have conic little dog syndrome...
My votes rescue dog or staffy..
My Jack russell Porky lived to 18, just a heart on 4 legs imo
It will be a female way more cleaner around camp.
Any serious dog experts?? Thorin has been playing in muddy puddles the last few days with all this rain in SEQ and tonight when we came home his poor little face has gone all pimply/raw ......... Never seen this before but remember seeing somewhere that dogs that "drool" need to be kept dry or they get like the equivalent of teenage acne ???
I have messaged his breeder and just waiting for her response ... Just wondering if any of you guys have any experience with anything like this?

He'll be fine I think its like getting prune fingers after going swimming for too long
After 4 years we got another dog.
This is Tank. A 5 month old staffy x Kelpie, well that's we have been told. Got him from a friend of a friend. The owners are moving and can't take him.
Quiet dog understands the basic commands and you can tell that he loves being around people.

He's a wolfhound/staghound cross, currently 19kg and 59cm at the shoulder at 4mths old.
He's a cheeky bugger but very good temperament.

Brothers new addition...
Marcie is growing into a dog with a beautiful nature. Apparently she has picked me to be her boss. She definitely has lab in her blood. Mixed with the kelpie she has just enough energy to keep us on our toes.
whats that AB did you find it in a tree, lol ??
@ Winnie looks like he's on the job already
Interesting fact about a dingo is its head is the widest part of the dog,
meaning if the head gets through the rest of the body will follow'
Get your dog to sit and you'll see its head will fit inside his front legs
Heres an up date on Billie love it when he hi-fives,
about 54kg now
