Before tax mate, it's a good wage for him but he's also a mechanical engineer which is a huge bonus.
Believe it or not the workers get paid ok for their expenses. They live there and get fed and have a lot more holidays then we do, probably double.
It's just the communication breakdown. You need to be there and show them, make a prototype and then just follow that.
I would argue we don't pay them enough......that is why we have shit leaders (in general).Quote:
