You can possibly get a ram-flo effect if the opening is facing forward, but with the stainless as described here i doubt you will get any extra performance. You will get "cleaner" and cooler air

Ok cheers, Not sure if I'm up to cutting holes in the side panels yet but I've seen the video of not what to do so that's a start
If you can get your hands on a nibbler mate It's almost impossible to stuff it up...

Heres some pics of mine. I went 3" stainless. Thanks for the original post AB:)
More pics and some info on prices can be found in my members ride thread: http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forum...ucas-s-TB42-Ti
Very nice mate, don't mind those clamps either!
yeah i had to utilise the brutal bolts that the previous owner had rammed through the panel and pillar! lol. Good having a bit of a gap between the snorkel and the panels as mud and rocks dont get heaped up there
I have two free weeks and I have found my new project!! Nice looks wicked
Great job! This is on my to do list!
Hi Ab,
have you found that the snorkel rubbed on your paint work? or did you put somthing between the snorkel and the car to prevent this happening? im currently in the process of installing one of these bad boys and just getting everything ready.
cheers
