Yeah you're probably right (looks like it has queensland plates). But at least in Tassie theres not too many dodgy barstools yet. The island is small enough to track them down hehehe

Have talked to the seller this morning and offered him $21k which he declined but he has amended his ad to $23 due to it being a GU III Not GU IV. Really nice bloke - his car was even registered by the dealership who sold it to him as a GU IV !!! Wankers!!!

Shaz whats your ideal patrol for funds available etc,
Take it we have $20k plus a bit to play with.
Now we need to find the highest year build with some sensible accessories and reasonable Ks for that particular Patrol
Then we need to look at service history /any major mechanical work done. Then someone to have a quick look to make sure
its a sound Patrol.
seems 2004 keeps popping up is that the year your looking at or 2005 if the price is right ?
