Clunk, didn't realise they started this Thursday but I have scored the holidays off this time and gonna try get as much camping etc in as I can. long weekend is either a few days shooting or the holland track but won't until thursday. then down south for a few days then off to Murchison offroad Adventures for a few days. the patrol and the fuel card gonna get a work out these hols me be thinking
Yeah I think Im due for a break. I want to get out in my GQ again before a start pulling her down.

Yeah good mate gettin there ....got some front difff issues need to be doing front swivel hubs and bearings again they have some bad leaks ....and also the dizy retaining bolt has striped its thread so yhat needs to be retappped. Other than that the old girl is all good hows ur bus mate?

Hi guys. Been a little quite of late. Been called in for shift coverage till 7 am. I'm happy, 18hrs pay for 10 hrs sleeping.. Lol

Hey congrats Westy, not sure why it would me different over here in the west but the baby bonus is 5k paid out over a period of time..... That's choice one, choice 2 is for the missus to take maternity leave from work for a period of around 4 months, now she will either get a certain amount of pay paid (called paid parental leave) by her company, who then claim it from centrelink, or she may get it from centrelink.......... It's all means tested, so you'll probably need to sit down and work out which option is best for your circumstance. I think it may have changed of late.
No.1 we had fortnightly maternity leave payments made to use over a months or so on.
But now the Missis recons you get a lump sum, then the rest is split up of a period of time. Which is a good think for first timers and the costs involved in setting up for a child with cots, prams and baby seats.. That's an average of $2000 just there...
I don't need to worry about means testing.. Were a single income family on $56 k a year..
But yea, that will probably go to a new car seat as were borrowing one ATM for when we pick up the nephew.
The old falcon will be fitted with 3 baby seats.. What a look... Lol
