Evening to all,
How did the day treat you?
Hi Gutsy
Another top day a bit of machine work for the bloke over the back fence then a bit of shed cleaning and afternoon smoko with a mate checking out some of his new gear.
Good evening gentle folk, how are we tonight?
Taps a lot!!!!!!
Magnificent day here weatherwise, and looks like the night will suit.
Should be bobbing around somewhere close inshore chasing squappers and sweetlips, assuming the fresh has diluted enough.
Mooloolah River mouth is still a bit full on for the mate's tiller steer, apparently. If he is concerned I'd be gnawing nails down to the elbow :-)
South Westerlies soon though, good news there :-)
Going out next week near Thallon with a few mates, including one's son, at Wandibindle for a boys trip that will involve pigs if they are silly enough to poke their noses out :-)
Hey gav..... Mostly over it, just haven't eaten anything last couple of days just in case lol. Not like my body can't sustain itself for a little while anyway ......... Waiting at the docs now to get that all important sick note for the jobby. I so love waiting hahahaha.
So how's tricks over that side?
Taps a lot!!!!!!
Well guys 1 of my kegs just ran out so tapped a new 1 and its just slightly over carbonated but that will settle down in an hour or so.
Any how I know what I`ll be doing tomorrow, putting a brew down and a little keg refilling as a new brew is ready to keg.
God it`s hard being sort`a retired
Welcome any time theres always a top class Coopers on tap, and if I run out the bloke next door does a good drop
home brew into kegs, Pearcey, yummo.
I've done the old style into bottles, most recently PET bottles, but a mate does the keg thing.
I don't understand why, but the carbonated keg way seems to give drinkable beer as soon as it is cold, while secondary fermentation in the bottles, I reckon takes 6+ weeks to take the 'greenness' out of it.
I s'pose I don't need to understand why to enjoy it :-)
Howdy children of the night!!
Just passed a HUGE EHS&Q Audit WOOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Feathers in cap lotsa pretty feathers

Beer day tomorrow and got to be on the ball for that.

Great news Growlers!!
Pearcey, I've added honey instead of sugar, glucose instead of sugar, liqourice, various mystery bags of dry ingredients recommended by the brew shop, but it never occured to me to add juice during fermentation. Sounds great from your report!
Ten minutes ta go

Night all, Growlers, enjoy your time at home!!!
