Hey Westy, he did mention he was "Going Slow" I'm like Touses just amazed now it's happened to the poor bugger and keen to learn more in time for all our benefit. It was a kind thing you did minutes earlier in another thread finding JoeG I believe a new leafy big ass end, well done!

installed the new injectors but still have a knock ......... it is blowing heaps of white smoke im thinking when they did the head if they stuffed something up ....................

Yeah well it was a simple remove and refit and we did use the correct oil.

Ever since doing the diff swap i had a very quiet hum coming from the rear. Only when coasting, not off or hard on the pedal.
It was quiet but it was there. I jad changed the diff oil three times since last September. Each the oil was clean.
So yeah. Dunno. Its happened. Im dealing with it.
Got a diff from the wreckers this morning, got my driver to go down and pick it up.
The driver gets back, wrong diff. Ugh.
They reckon they have the correct one and will deliver it this arvo.
Got a feeling that one wont be right...
