I vote July as August has been next to zero for me 3 times running. Went in June and got absolutely smashed with a monster blizzard, but staying in Licola is a safer bet.

Hopefully we wont be to busy buying a house by then, that's when we're aiming to be moved out so well just have to see what happens!! Either way would definitely be Keen for licola again that place was magic

I defer to MB on this one as he is the king of pork by a long way. The pork I have cooked didn't get the port crackling as rock hard, sort of the hot rubbery chewy horrible effect, but MB has shown how it can be achieved in his 'instructional videos'.
