The small ac idle up diaphragm has a small screw and locknut on it. You can use this to adjust it. As 3d has said double check the vac lines are connect and havent been bumped when they have tuned it.

As you are spending Mega $$$ on this air box inter cooler set up,
would it be more efficient to say run a Water to air IC to achieve
the same thing.
What going to give you more bang for your Buck??
Thanks Matt. Once again it stopped doing it and now I can't replicate it again.
I checked all vac hoses in the vicinity and traced them around the engine bay and can't really see anything lose... Once again will keep an eye out on it.
Obviously the bloke disturbed something.
If you have a defective hose and no vacuum in the hose, you have no fast idle. It needs the vacuum to pull the lever on the pump.

The mighty 4.2 has been parked for many weeks now. Drove it a bit to say Hi to mudski the other day and thats about it.
As per the post in happy thread. Everything is pointing to parting with her due to company car. If it eventuates, shes gone.
But no decisions made yet.
