Yeah, a little - tested shutdown of the cylinders - that worked. Advanced the timing on petrol (without test driving it) until it started to hiccup, then quickly stopped it! Only went 1 degree at a time but I wanted to know it was actually doing something so kept going until it was obviously advanced to far (about 9 degrees!).
