Well today I cut and shut the Efi Pump sender unit by 68mm and managed to fit it snuggly into the Maverick fuel tank, fitted new Fuel injection hoses and rust protected the top and upper sides of the tank before refitting to vehicle. Tomorrow I will be hooking up the battery on the Patrol to check the looms whilst there is still access if all goes well I will fire up the Patrol. The Lpg will be fitted to the Maverick during the day and as the parts have now arrived from Patrolapart (water hoses and pipes that sit under the Plenium chamber]I will start to fit the Efi inlet manifold up on to the Maverick could be on the Home run.

Pulled passenger door loom out of Patrol and swapped with Maverick loom, fitted Lpg tank to Maverick just need a short gas line made to connect up. Reinstalled the blower fan and steel dash frame into Patrol, front passenger side now all together just centre dash console and drivers area to go and fit new gas switch and swap drivers door loom removing the rear window wiring as not required in the Shorty. Then its just connect the filler nozzle from the maverick onto the Patrol pour in some fuel hook up the battery and fingers crossed!!!!!!!!!!!.

Excellent news pezzer! Hope it starts for ya.

Patrol battery on, all working as should be, cranked it over all good just need fuel to run. I will rewire the stereo up tomorrow and that vehicle is done, I will swap the dual piston callipers with the Mavericks single piston type next weekend I would like to know though is it a straight swap as I already have 17 inch rims so clearance should not be an issue.
All the dash and centre console are back in the Maverick I will make good the inside before putting the Efi manifold etc back as I am outside and they keep saying showers. Hoping to fire the Maverick up around Thursday.:xxxx:

Quick note the instrument clusters are set up with a 6 pin 3rd plug on the Maverick compared with an eight pin on the Patrol, so decided to just swap over.

Urgent pic req
Hi I have just got all the efi gear back and found a set of pipes and hoses with a sensor attached that obviously fits up under the inlet manifold. I have taken many pics whilst dismantling but missed this section so could someone point a camera up under the inlet manifold and snap a few pics to help me out ASAP.

If you need pics of where the two hoses plumb to, I'll run out and grab a couple when I can. Hopefully you have an electrical plug without a home floating around.

That's the piece, pic of where the pipes go would see me finish the refit, thanks Parksy.
