Not sure mate, there is 4 or 5 threads still showing in the search results, I think I know why one is still showing but the others I can't find any linked reference 2 the other site in text or photo's.Quote:

A mate up the road drives a baby bobcat and excavator, and also does some coding work.
He talks about holding a (largeish) number of things in his head, and the interactions between each of them in relation to the other, and the changes he is writing. I was talking to him about the health benefits of a 2 minute break every 20 minutes or half an hour. He reckoned it would take longer than that to pick up all the balls and start juggling them again :-)

Very true mate. Once you have the system and procedure in your head you can't stop. Kind of like a production run with multiples of repetitive coding and procedures but once you stop for a minute you loose your rhytham and it takes ages to get back in it again and you start making errors.
