Can suggest you pop rivet your front number plate on.
All the really good bog holes are lined with number plates

We got screwed over on our last EBA.
.5%, .5% and 2% per year and we lost one day a fortnight and now have capped redundancy. Been bad here for the last 6 years, but they won't make the tough call. I'm happy to go if they pay me out.
