it depends where I go, I cannot go back to suburban life that's for sure!

Castella is my choice and a house just came on the market that I like hence the question but the smarter thing to do is extension of course.

it would make a big difference for a family with older kids as we have zero room in the house for kids to play or watch tv in peace.

Regardless of Lachy not sleeping something has to happen for when they get older.

Bungalow master bedroom, carport converted to living room and ensuite and somehow connect it to lachys room as main entrance to house.

Move Lachy to mias room and move Mia to our old bedroom.
