I had a good think about this (shocking I know)!!

I hate taking money off people as some of you know but I'm not going to lie it's costing me a small fortune so far and shattered my last few weekends so I'll get a money tin (contribution) tin for folks to put in for the night.

Hopefully that doesn't sound rude and donations would be appreciated.

I'll buy all the ingredients, ice, treats, etc in the arvo for the night.

No problems at all AB with chipping in, the least we can do given all the effort you're going go! I'll aim to get there early arvo to help with any set up as well

Not rude at all mate. I think its imperative you recover costs considering we're using your tank water, septic, etc.

We are doing pizzas mate and a shipload of them.

I've redone the layout of the oven and we can smash out 2 pizzas every 5 minutes x 12 hours = lots of pizzas!!!

We'll rearrange the entire church to make a production line!

As I mentioned early in the thread, the last thing we'd expect from you , as well as hosting this, is to pay for everything too! Not on!
It would be rude not to chip in for this IMO.

More than happy to contribute towards the knees up... should have a $ (maybe even two) in silver in the centre console by then...
