Both are very comfortable to hold but I think the orange version is slightly more comfortable than the black version. The black 1 is by far the better knife overall though as it had a bit of extra weight behind it and will chop small branches better if need arises.
I have that many now its hard to have a favourite,

next time your making a knife use this stuff to coat the handle comes in many colours and patterns they use it on gun stocks and car dashes also it looks like awesome stuff
