Charcoal metallic grey, Another great colour is precious metallic siver,if your 4x4 is silver/grey
You can still powder coat and paint alloys. You may find powdercoating will cost just as much as buying a new black steelie.
Yea was weighing that up, wouldn't mind some steelies, anyone know a good place with a good price?
Just wondering is there anyone over the ditch that ships parts/goodies to NZ if we cant source them over here....not looking for anything particular at the moment but getting ready for a few mods in the near future.....

If you are buying brand new then all descent suppliers will post to NZ, I think them charging for post would be same ( if not cheaper ) as what any other person here could get postage for you.
I wouldn't recommend buying second hand from anywhere without seeing it for yourself. And most largish second hand ebay / gumtree ( etc ) stuff would be pick up only. And trying to arrange a transport company to pick up and deliver might be more drama's then its worth.

Thanks Toddie.....yeah i wouldn't look at buying 2nd hand from your way......but there's some awesome looking and well set up wagons on this site and that only comes about from all the well stocked outlets and gear that is available to you all .....so Oz not that far away and they will built a bridge one day.......:hpfredgeorge1:

Hi guys I've been having trouble with my gearbox and want it replaced or re built does anyone have any ideas where to pick one up or have mates that can sort it out on the cheap

What troubles you having? To rebuild it yourself isn't all that expensive.
I pop out of first gear whist driving. I crunch into 2nd gear on up shift and down shift and crunches on the upshift to 5th. This all happened after I flooded my car and got mud and water in the box. I've dumped the oil twice. I'm going to change the locator spring and id that's not it its syncro damage. Gearbox mounts look fine no play in them.

Mine too - and ALL the wreckers I went to had plenty of spares ... for every other vent except that one!! Hunt around champion and you should find one ...
