Nice Rod. Got sick of the cassette player? lol
Got a Black Wolf turbo 300 canvas tent today. On special too. Missus and I are both super keen to get out and use it.
Was very underwhelmed by the oztrail in comparison.
Yeah my next unit won't be having the gps. Google maps/directions on phone / Offroad and out of network maps Hema Explorer...
I've had shit luck with cheapo units... So next unit will be a branded one.
I still find it funny how ppl rely on the GPS even going to work,
maybe they are using it as a speedo.
I've used my phone a few times but it chews down on my data, plus if you're out of range you're buggered and Hema doesn't do directions.
Bought the Black Wolf 450. Have only put it up on the front lawn to make sure it's all there so far. Will try it out on 8/9 Jan weekend. Very impressed with the quality so far
Nothing! Because Sprint Auto Parts at Glenelg weren't open, even though the sign on the door and the web says they were
swivel hub kit, petrol and a vice.
Brought a solar powered shed light thingy, that Im going to screw inbetween the rails of my roof rack.
Two things one it will come on at night if anyone is sniffing around my patrol and
two just a handy light at night when I get in at night time. will need to make a cover maybe
but I dont drive much at night.

Why would I want a new car thats a silly comment lol
Battery on its way out, so got a new one today...
I got a SSB HVT-70ZZ LD from Independent Battery.
A set of new Sutton metric drill bits. Its been probably 15 years since I have bought any and did I get a shock at the price! Now I have new bits though and I can practice sharpening the old one with my Drill Doctor. Which I haven't mastered yet. Not that I've really given it a good go.
Shite. I must be weird. I drink everyday on my own, unless someone comes over then I ram a stubby in their gob... Lol
Wife's already looking at tyres haha.. I'm loving this whole "it's her car" thing
I used the bench grinder last when I was in uni (we do mechanical / electrical / and civil on the first two years). I can't recall how much safety was there, but the good thing was all the machines are very old and you got to see how they are operating compare to new fully covered machines.
Ah... those days....
Not for the 4x4 but i bought a shooting chronograph to measure bullet velocities. Time to work up some loads.

Bought some stuff to hook up this single din unit and the shelf as my double din Sony broke. Not the most exciting but it'll do for now lol

Yeah I had this one in my old Commodore , goes alright, no CD but no big deal. Had to hunt down a smaller plug Pioneer harness put it was plug and play from the Sony plugs, the previous owner had it wired up properly thank god! Now to hunt someone down to fix the screen on my Sony double din.
