They are good things.
We've comtemated throwing out 6 burner bbq and getting one. But we do big breakfasts and family bbq's so we sorta need that extra plate room.
Inlaws often have there's going.
We got rid of our 4 burner for this. The Webers now come with a two piece grill and you can swap for a hot plate if you want. There is a surprising amount of grill space on them, we only got the mid size one and there is plenty enough room to cook for about 10 people
The other 9 mustn't eat much .... Lol
Yea inlaws have the same one (regular webber q) and we've filled it.
I'm just not up for paying for all their accessories which IMO are well over priced.
But they do a good job so probably worth it in your case when it's lit 5 times a week.
You don't have to buy weber brand accessories. We bought a cover for it, we will buy a hotplate but otherwise that's probably it for the Weber brand stuff
Added 90 kilo's of our 30 day dry aged beef to the freezer & turned out a few kilos of guiness & pepper snags to boot.
Killed 2 x 2 year old dexter steers that came out at 400kg for both. Not bad for a grass fed dexter. Sold 1 of them to friends and traded another half for 3 sheep that we can kill when we want them.
And what's your technique for ageing? Cool room or air dry in salt?
