Should see if he is in a hurry to demolish or not and offer to do it for him, I'm sure you could make a forum demolish day meetup :)

My uncle's garage is only single car but very very long, pretty much all built free from steel trusses and wood we got from doing a demo nearbye

Got home tonight there's a card on the door. Victoria Police card, oh oh what have i done? ? Have a look says someone had handed in a wallet. Lost a wallet probably 5 years ago and totally forgot about it. Thought may as well pick it up tomorrow from the diamo cop shop, but then a bit later a police car rocks up with a couple of lovely police man and lady and hand delivers my long lost wallet still with 60 bucks cash. Awesome - go Victoria Police, made my day! !
