Yeah me too. I could be the only person in the raffle and my ticket would blow away in the wind or something. .. i have zero luck to winning stuff. My bro inlaws dad just won a raffle with his Rotary club, 4k voucher at Anaconda. How good is that!

i went to the pub years ago against the wishes of the wife, bought one ffnnn ticket to stop the bloke bothering me after hey hassled me for about half an hour..Low and behold the next day (town of like 300- people) my name spread across the board on the roadside sign outside the pub that i had won a bottle and craddle of 4.5 lt of johnny walker red label...never bought another bloody ticket again...
TCP , good old Southwark Bitter, 38plus day, Southwark Bitter at zero degrees or may be one degree, best beer on the market.
One of my mates won the big bottle of scotch in raffle run by a country footy club, it looked a bit tatty & they all looked a bit panicked, apparently they had raffled the same bottle for over 10 years & whoever in the club won it donated it back for the next time. My mate donated it back.
Live and learn eh lol
For the caravan.
Solar controller..
$36.. 30A.. can't complain. http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forum...015/12/153.jpg
Not a dumb question at all and I'd say... yes and yes.
As a point of interest it annoys crap out of me that almost all the 'tards selling panels on Ebay insist on gluing the bloody Regs to the Panels which is absolutely worst place to mount them
Yeah mine is glued on the back and during hot days with great sunshine has failed die to over temp a few times. I never bought it for the regulator and am looking at options for a dedicated regulator. Is that one PWM? (Probably marketed as Mppt though)

Dirtbike stand and a cylinder honing tool, gonna be doing up my wifes XT225, setting up the suspension on my XR600 in between working on the Maverick over the holiday period.
Another question, I am using my panels for both the camper trailer and the dual battery in the troll (I have an Anderson plug out to the bull bar for it) I think the solar30 is a great idea for the trailer, but would it handle under the bonnet? Happy to get two, just want to make sure first... [emoji3]

How many watts of panel?
I assume you want a 'permanent' Reg on the vehicle you just plug the Solar panel lead into?
If it was me... Get a high ambient temp rated reg with no LCD such as http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Morningst...sAAOSwLzdWSbsr
Mount it on the front member, say near the LH Headlamp
Those Morningstars are extremely reliable and rated to 65 deg ambient
Well got another delivery this arvo..
Led dimmer and switch.. Tis awesome..
The graduation is excellent from dim to bright.. flat out draws 4A from the 5m roll and dim doesn't even register on the controller..
Getting excited to finally start fitting it all..
Got a bunch of these for the shed:
Attachment 63452
Lovely jubbly, no more trying to climb over piles of junk.
Totally agree.
I got some racking and emptied shed to set it up.
Sorted thru the junk to pack it on the racking
Discovered 90% was junk and threw it out
Racking is only about 1/2 full and shed has heaps of room in it
Have now embarked on project of buying more tools, parts and equipment to stock bare shed and fill empty racks
Win, Win in my opinion
I need a bigger shed
Also brought a solid oak wardrobe so I can lock up the important stuff.
@ ET agree you need to empty the shed first then sort and repack everything
Bought a compressor today not sure how good it is but for $109 I thought I would give it a go.http://www.nissanpatrol.com.au/forum...015/12/190.jpg
