2 times last night i had to get hard on the brakes and they worked the best they ever have since owning the car in the last 3 and a half years.
Getting the bendix heavy duty instead of the 4x4 pads ( on advice from a brake specialist) was a bloody good decision.
I feel them really grab hard.. rears have about 10,000km till they need replacing so will do the same with them.

Don't put the solar under the roof rack though. Although the bars in the rack block out a minuet portion of the panels it makes a huge difference!
I didn't believe it myself but marks old GU had that and the drop in charge was massive!

I would buy a cheap swimming pool noodle, put a slice down it lengthways to cover the bottom of that frame to be a bit less harsh on your door.
Its not finished... i painted it and now it needs the foam covering done ... oh and stuff the door.... it's my rifle i dont want all scratched up.. the relays work well and have them powering larger relays so as to cope with the 40 inch light bar.Quote:

Trouble with mounting solar panels to a roof rack is you need to park in the sun to get the best benefit.
saying that your fridge is also in in heat and working harder.
I prefer to chase the sun during the day with a portable set up
