Growler, you might be turning into solid muscle. Just think, you might be an upside triange in no time. lol.
I expect to lose a few kg this week. I have to do my colonoscopy prep tomorrow for Thursday. lol.
I think that you should have to take a lot of care about your diet and must do exercise daily. Make sure that in your diet you have taken balanced diet. And also try to drink green tea or such other extract to make fast your metabolism and it will help you to cut off your extra body fat. The other side you should also do cycling or swimming. Running is also a good way to get effective results. I have lost 5 Kg in 10 days and 20 More to lose.
