There's 138.85 issues with that kit.
I wasn't really after a charging dock or anything like that plus my phone gets upgraded every 18 months.
Just needed a simple space for it to sit.

I use one of those very sticky mats , when they get dusty you just wash them to make them sticky again.
Mine also holds a LED see thru clock on the dash, lov it

Yes fair point. I think it would be a better deal if the had a gps range extender.

Yea. The unit I linked has external mobile antenna plug but would be sweet to have a gps booster or better receiver

how many satelites does a normal say Samsung phone pick up
My old Garmin picked up 12, but havent used it for so long its
gone back to the nth hemisphere
