not good mate you,l just have to slow down a bit and take it easy

need to stay active or as active as I can or other problems will arise.
Still very painful this morning, , Good thing is Ive done all my running around.
and back home by 8am gotta love that, will take it very easy today.

Another blue with the misses this morning, as usual about the teenage step-daughter. Unfortunately I'm thinking of throwing in the towel after 10 years together.

Hope there is a good way forward for you. Wish there was a way to just "fix" these things. Hopefully some time and talking can give you some breathing space. Sounds like that weekend of thinking time would be good if you could somehow.
