Well guess what im whipping up tonight. A growlers holiday inspired Thai red curry with plenty of fresh ginger, kaffir lime leaves, coconut cream etc etc on a bed of rice:)

Oh and i forgot the most important condiment: Glen:)

One of the girls give us a couple a packs of banana chips her mum makes
Doesn't taste like Bananna at all but normal smiths crisps but a little bit strange mmmmmm
