Nope, not all! You orta check out the video in my previous post. Protein, fat & veggies are good. Cut out the carbs & sugar. Fats do not make you fat!

Yep just eat the full fat stuff in moderation, i think a bit of fat is better for you than a lot of sugar
Also we naturally get so much sugar already eg in fruit
Plus I think the full fat products are better value ... more calories per dollar . . :)
1L of full fat Greek yogurt lasts me like 4 days .... 1L of low fat... like 2 days haha
