Hi all

Just a timely reminder that the festive season is rapidly approaching.

Time for BBQ's, drinkies, nibblies and lots of other nice stuff. My attitude is that..........everything in MODERATION! Ya hearing me!!!!!

It'd be good to see more weigh ins appearing on my puter screen. Hopefully it will help keep you reasonably on track this festive season.
