wel i finally found out after a week of xrays and a mri that the scaphoid is fractured so im now in a cast for 6 weeks :( on the bright side i had them cast it so the thumb is slightly curved so i can hold a beer :)

Be careful with that Scaphoid mate, it is the only bone in the body that has blood flow to only one end.
Can be an issue in getting the suckers to heal
I'm sure the Doc already told ya
Cautionary advice to fellow swaggers in the bungalow - earplugs may be a good plan if you're a light sleeper - my capacity to sound like a cross between a misfiring tractor & a V8 on full noise when sleeping is legendary on a good night. :D
Far out might sleep in the car. Got a long drive home the next day haha.
