Its a HF radio, a box full of electronic boards. The antenna is the transmission site and at 100w at 8ft off the ground,1500mm away on the rear of the pod, nothing of any concern. There are no gamma rays - its not a radioactive device.Quote:

Gobsmacked yet again, by electronics that sat at the bottom of a river for just over two weeks. After a bit of cleaning and a spray with the proper electronics cleaner, and putting in new batteries I got one of the keys to work perfectly, buttons and all. The second will start the other car, but the remote transmitter is toast.
Making some change of life plans.
Looking for a small plot of land, an acre would do, within a 2 hour radius of Melbourne.

Shout out to patrol a part.
Sent them an email on Sunday night explaining that 2 of the extended sway bar links fail. Both passenger side links lost the nyloc nuts resulting in damaging the thread. Wanted to see if it would fall under a warranty claim.
They have sent out 2 replacement ends.
