Yes it's what sold me, I look like I can stack a large and 2 stalls on top of each other as two large are too tight it looks. Anyway will see, they have some good options, as do the expeditions

Progress report.
2 fridges @3 degree and a freezer at -15 degree with overcast weather all day. The battery got down to about 50% with a 300watt folding blanket. Water tank needs a pump which I now have, just need to install. With removing the back seats I've now discovered that I need a cargo barrier, will I have any issues with installing one with kings draws and fridge cage @mudski you've got the same set up don't you

Please please consider removing 80kg drawers, definitely install a cargo barrier, unsure of fridge/freezer x 3 sizes versus needs [emoji51]
Not trying to be a prick but GU’s Wagons without spring bracing/upgrades aint great [emoji51]
Safety first, daily tucker family planning second, 6:00am onwards restocking Adults second fridge aboard for next warm nights beverages last, it’s systematically repetitive successful crossing large stretches [emoji736][emoji120][emoji23][emoji3590]

Truth be told [emoji23]
Me & the Ex managed to take the 4 of us through a lot of Tasmanian’s gnarliest tracks back in the day, 10 days light ($1 k & $10k tracks excluded)
We achieved this by removing kings similar ballistically…heavy drawers and installing placcy boxes [emoji403] restraining systems [emoji106][emoji106]

I wasn't keen on drawers when I did that rear of my wagon. I built a rack system with shelves and a fridge slide. I use the Kitab containers coz the are darn tough and cheap and just slide stuff in and out.

It's only me and my wife when we go away and we've found that we can carry plenty that way. It's cheap, versatile and easily replaceable.
Hi Phil, the local disposals store down here in Portland has them. Not aussie disposals, portland disposals. They seem to be distributed by lots of different places, Google will help you.
I made a frame to go around my plastic drawers in a frame, mainly of course for weight, upright fridge and removed rear seats and installed a platform with chest fridge.Attachment 88007Attachment 88008
Question: I´ve seen pictures of fridges packed in such "thermo jackets" and wonder how does the compressor heat exchange to the environment happens?
Unbelievably, I shit ya’ll not [emoji2962]

Both son and daughter Mortgage free as of yesterday. Daughter now owns her house and the son owns a house in Hobart which is rented. No more worries for the Old Bloke.
I`m in the same boat Cuppa.
Our first priority was pay the house off which we did in less than fifteen years. We only ever bought the highest quality products,ie , carpets, curtains, still on our second lounge suit, and dinning room suit, never tried to keep up with the Joane's. Paid cash for every thing including cars which I normally hung onto for around ten plus years.
Once the house was paid off it was party time (well kind of) Back in the day I gave up my racing and the piss for over seven years (making up for it now).Did a lot of work around the house on the Barter system including building on a nice pool room and bar. We also repaired things that broke.
Any way it is each to their own. But i`m happy for my kids as both have something to fall back on if hard times come around.
By the way, my son who is fourty five this year has never had a drivers license or a car (massive money savings there) but mind you he does do a little pedaling, a little over one hundred and fifteen thousand Ks in the last six years.
Any way each to their own

Quack!
Edit: Oi Braz looks like you are the brains of the operation!
Hahaha!
That is certainly a new point of view for me, LOL!
Extremely Happy to have thankfully uncovered during pre-checks a very real potential of hydrolocking our freshly rebuilt TD42 engine prior to crossing the Simpson Desert soon:

Noticed a very slight amount of coolant in the base of our new W2A barrel Intercooler.
Decided to test the system at 13psi and yep, she’s gotta a tiny crack up top inside the barrel [emoji51]

99% sure it’s my own custom installation designed fault that immediately required once found a 20mm body lift which must’ve in the first 80km engine test run flexed/rocked the barrel rubbing on the bonnets underside [emoji51]
MB’s M/C is now $800 heavier but replacement should arrive 1 week prior to our Simpson departure [emoji27][emoji1696][emoji1696][emoji23]
Happier and cheaper than a tow home to the Vic Hills from Purni Bore [emoji3590][emoji3590]

So you think the issue happened before you installed the 20mm body blocks ? Is there a witness mark on the bonnet or the barrel? Where was it rubbing? Are you sure its not a manufacturing leak? Can you chemi weld it? I guess you have bought another one it sounds. Bit of a big bugger but probably not that large as you may have had it for the tassie trip?
Got the rear pod wired 95% today, power to lights, inverter, DCDC, fridge, exhaust fans on thermostats, just need to do the penetration to get the charge cable into the pod - maybe tomorrow. @Lights white/amber 900mm strip lights work a treat, only draw 0.8amp on white, same on amber only and combined white/amber 2.1amp. Looking at the air compressor feed as well if time permits.
FWIW Philstar: It’s Tassie run in adventures were almost all off turbo rpm, wiggling through Australia’s most epic slow tracks. W2A IC water temps were lucky to sneak above 30C on the tracks and say 45C back to the SOT ferry. [emoji3554]
My bestest guesstimations of IC water pressure at those temperatures would be circa 5psi which appears to not leak as tested.
Heading full stink thousands of kms up to, across sand and back again should see water temps within reach say 70C, guesstimating yet again circa 10psi ++.
Old gals holes can get bigger under vibrational Simo duress [emoji123][emoji23]

Fabricated another custom bracket to mount the Codan HF radio, time consuming and converting ideas into reality - came out well, mounted above the SS water tank behind the rear seat headrest.Attachment 88015Attachment 88016
Looking at the images, think I will take an angle grinder to the stiffeners and make them a better angled profile - not so likely to catch a head or arm I think.
Geez mate, that thing behind someone's head is a death sentence! What is the purpose of that anyway?
My son's school holds Olympic Games every year. Look which country his class is playing for this year...
Attachment 88017
Its a mounting bracket for a Codan HF radio. Its mostly behind the headrest, but i am going to chamfer the stiffeners to take away the sharp corner - funny what you dont see when you are making it. It will be getting a cover of foam to some extent, not finished yet. No one sits in the middle seats either. All good.
You’ve broken the first rule of Shed leaving club Philstar [emoji51][emoji23]

OK, so the UHF radio goes in the POD as well? I don't think you really thought that comment thru. Maybe i should put the water tank back there as well to save on tire wear on the front wheels? The bracket isn't finished as I have stated already. The HF stays in the cab, where it should be.
