My wife wants to know when you'll be getting there, so she can come with you.

Nah sweet talked the female who seemed to be running things there and she was quite helpfull but I suppose it helped that I am a stunning bit of manhood! lol
Fitted a home made bracket between the power steering pump reservoir bracket and the fire wall. The new bracket will carry a proper water proof winch control box. The radio controller fits neatly inside the crappy original box, so I am gunna put hinges a latch and padding inside it. That way I can chuck the hand held and cord under the seat and know they will be protected.
Made some enquiries about a custom rear bar with some fabricators.
There is a laser cutting workshop in Portland. I've used them to do some small jobs for me and their work was perfect. I was thinking of using them when I do my rear bar. I use one of the local sheet metal workshops to do all my visible welding, because he does a very high quality job.
removed a bit more boost still going into limp , mind you I'm flooring it trying to race through the gears.
going to fit a Diesel smart IC, in the next week or so, seems to be the best value for money IC going around.
Some of the prices going around are just ridiculus. Plus DS ICs are pressure tested to 60psi. happy with that
Also fitted single grey wiper blades from SCA,
Don't buy dual blade jobs as when they back sweep
its dry causing windsheild to scratch
mate is a windshield fitter so this is his tip
Got some 33inch road tyres this arvo. It dosnt look so stupid now lol

$225each maxxis bravo
Far out Ben you could fit 37" no probs eh.
Need to cut the guards to fit 37s, the 35s will hit at full compression when I have finished tuning in the front end
Re fitted my lightbar after modifying the bracket i made
Attachment 29745
Alot stronger and sits lower too

The light bar looks good, mate. I made a card board mock-up of my winch, so I can make a cradle. I have noticed that a winch bar has a vertical surface to mount winches, but most of the winch cradles have a horizontal mount. I am going to try and make the cradle like a winch bar, IE a vertical mount.
gave the old girl a new oil filter and new oil plus fuel filter the old one was 2year old
Started choping the rear quarters today hopefully have it all done tomorrow
Yeah George is really starting to get the 4wding bug..!!

Wish i had the time mate tomorrow is going to be hectic for me, work in the morning till the arvo then i have to go fix a couple of things for my mrs dad which he wanted me to do on sunday, unfortunately if i want to go play on sunday i'll have to step it up a gear tomorrow lol..
Wheels look George. You'll be happily surprised at how much better they grip:-)
sent from my phone using motor culture
They have more grip on the rd then my AT's lol i was trying to kick the back end out around roundabouts this morning on the way to work and unless i stood on it hard it gripped, unlike the Dunlops that start to fry soon as you feather the gas a little harder then normal hahaha.
Just put this bad boy on!
