@OD & 3D, The War Office and I have been watching The Expendables of late and I have dropped the hint that I want to get the Arkansas Toothpick by Gil Hibben as well as the Bowie.... She didn't say no so....[/QUOTE]
Who's a lucky boy, which one is the forsyth second pic on the right ? that's a folder isn't it?
Just watched THE ALAMO over the weekend it had Col James Bowie in it and plenty of reference to the Sand bar fight.
Bowie was Richard Widmark and Davey Crockett was John Wayne, good reading IMO

Might as well get the set lol

The forsyth is the large knife on the to right of the picture. Its more of a sticking knife.
Very nice mini Bowie OD.
Cheers, never heard of the brand "Cudeman" before.
2nd version of the earlier sheath.

Lol... Have looked at that Highlander Bowie before and thought it would make a great addition.... Also the Gil Hibben machete....
Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk HD
Have a look at this site, spanish made and some blades in there.

Gutted.... was bidding on my most wanted knife, the Gerber MKII fighting knife and the Minister for War told me to stand down.... Can't have one until I get my contract renewed.
As Maxwell Smart would say..."Missed it by that much!"
On the plus side, I did manage to score an anvil and a vice for $100!
Sneaky bugger lol
It's only a medium I think but still heaps better than the railway iron I was using. Will post a photo once I pick it up.
Nothing wrong with a piece of railway line, a farrier size anvil is a great size
Cheapest Tooth pick I could find

My Timber Wolf karambit came in the other day which I forgot to post a pic of
Nice knife ,I think Timber Wolf and Timber Rattler are the same as their boxes are dead ringers.
Picked up this Gut hook /skinner from Timber Wolf. when sharpened it will make a great skinner
Very nice, I need to get a knife with a gut hook, even though I generally just take back straps and legs.
Nice little skinner. Stiiillll waiting on some to be deliveres, 2 of them nearly 7 weeks waiting so far
Already sent 2 notices, just about to send a 3rd 1. Grubs shouldnt get them as theyre not anything funky etc.
The only 1 that may be iffy is the custom 1 from the Netherlands.
Only 2 days to go until I get the results of my bone scans, this waiting has got knobs on it
I'm black and blue ATM , just waiting for it to all settle down, PITB though as you know
Hope something shows up,
Seller is sending out a new knife today. This seller is usually really good, not a bad run though with 1 missing from around 15 ordered from him over time.
Do you have a pistol license OD?
If so I have just started the process any ideas suggestions on a pistol/technequie that can be operated completely with 1 hand?
Unfortunately I dont but used hold a security endorsement for .44 magnum revolver and a Sigsauer pistol.
What style are you looking at using it for?
Most revolvers except loading are single handed same as pistols for loading of mag and cocking unless you keep the slide and hammer locked on reload.
Currently working on a Glock holster at the moment.
I would prefer a semi auto, I just have to come up with a safe way to rack the slide that the club will be happy with. I was thinking some thing like the slide racker and fix something to the bench to rack it on.

If I can't get approval from the club for a semi auto, I would look at a revolver.
The club should have options for you or look through the SSAA website
I have just paid fir my SSAA membership so that may be an option
Been wirking on this badboy today for a mate, he needs to learn how to look after shite like this. Badly pitted and surface rust appearing.
Gonna take me some time getting it back all sparkly again, got a conan and 300 spartan swords to do as well.

Here is a batch of keyrings that I have finished off as well. Best way to utilise scrap and offcuts of leather to save wastage.
Attachment 48663
Yo OD best you start making some Forum leather key fobs.
sure you'll sell plenty.
Maybe NP with their user name as well, just a thought
Wont be able to fit most of the usernames on them, too long lolol
Can do like N on 1 side and P on the other side, may be able to get a really small nissanpatrol.com.au stamp made but not sure how much it would be.
Gotta talk to AB as well on a stamp size for when I start the mapbook covers as well, i think that stamp is gonna be around $100 to get made up
Just finished the 1st if a new style pancake holster for large framed pistols.
