This is perfect timing for us as the grand opening of the new play centre is on the following Monday so we'll be there all week ensuring this is all wrapped up so we'll be doing long hours to make sure we can get away with you sandgropers on the weekend!

I've noticed a Powerlines and York but that's about it but nothing confirmed unless I missed it?

Weekend of the 10th/11th of September. This date is going to be the set date for this meet as it seems to be the best for everyone at the moment.
As for location, I am guessing the members that will be coming from a greater distance will be meeting up on the Saturday towards Mundaring way and will camp that night at the spot mentioned by Stropp.
Then more local members will head up Saturday and also camp, or make their way up Sunday morning.
Does this sound right-ish?

I will be a Tentative. It will depend on if my VeeeHicle is back from Brunswicks or not.

I won't be wheeling OD, can't afford to break anything as my work contact is completed mate

oh @MB and @AB, I've also got one of those crappy 2 men dome tents that just big enough for one person if you lay diagonally, will have a spare self inflating mattress too and a number of sleeping bags that smell of kids piss and vomit
