That's how they all are Paul, the way I stopped mine rubbing on the bar was to space the fairlead out toward the front of the bar futher with longer bolts
and flat bar spacers.
that does not look like an ARB bar looks more like a TJM or something,,,,,, you wont be able to move the winch itself forward as in the photos it looks hard up agianst the inside of the bar already,,,,, how ever i did notice a fitting bolts to the fairlead ass (rollers) you may be able to put a spacer behind the fairlead ass and that way move it forward so that it clears the bar. just bear in mind the fairleads and the hook on the cable must not protrude further the bar work. hope this helps
