Sounds like a great trip, if I wasn't relaxing on the GBR of Port Douglas I would have joined you. Never been to the high country (well not of the black top anyway).

I have a bit of a dilemma and that is that mags has said she would be interested in coming but cannot get any time off work so would be Friday night before we could leave.... traffic is always crazy and it is a long drive and would arrive at about 11pm... im not sure what to do.?
Dont forget a lawnmower and a shovel.. The grass is pretty long there and the snakes are out already.
