You'll need a One Direction CD, some KY and either some rubber crotchless undies or a pair of unwashed Bike shorts... Oh, and a safety word.

Don't use "Banana" or "Cucumber" as a safety word, it gets confusing.
"Pineapple" is OK if you are past that point in the Hug but avoid "Rock Melon" whatever you do.
"Grapes" isn't a good choice if you have Haemorroids and "OMFG" just makes it worse
