You can read certain information from the ECU and its easier to read fault codes using software and a laptop, I would not say it tells you everything that is wrong, I have not really played with mine 2 much. But for the price i think its worth getting one, you can get a cheap one like i did, or go something a bit pricier and have a permanent readout display mounted in the vehicleQuote:
