I'm slowly getting all the pieces of nads in, but a reputable mechanic over here said they don't usually fit the needle valve as they find it unwarranted.

Might go to the cheaper option of Dash Pods :-)

Check Pattywagons Thread he's selling an original Dawes very cheap. good value.
Also when adjusting ,if you run out of adjustment try placing small stainless washers
behind spring. If you go too far just remove a few. I'm not a fan of stretching springs.
