I think here that there is not a problem do make an insurance for 100 000 (the insurer will get the money), but if something happen, they just won`t pay the whole sum...

I think I get what you mean. If I do understand then here in Aus it is called underinsuring and it means that if you are under insured by say 25 % and have an $8,000 loss then the Insurer only has to pay $6,000. For example if you have $40,000 exposure and insure for $30,000 the the Insurer doesn't have to pay the full amount of any loss up to $30,000 but only 3/4's of the loss ($30,000/$40,000) prorata.
