Hooked up my toy, now I can read whats going on with the solar panels
This reading is off a 20watt job so 1.01 AH is pretty good imo.
Now at camp at least Ill know if they are doing anything
I think it even tells you how much power you are using as one of the values scrolls around to different references.
Need to research it and find out what all the symbols mean.
Solar does make life a lot easier.
Great little gadget for the money.
Played around with mine while in the Flinders camping recently, bottom left number scrolls through a few parameters giving daily totals and maximums.
Appeals to the Mr Gadget in me LOL.
Moving the panel showed improvements or losses in performance, so it was easier to keep the panels "on the bubble".
Have fun!
Also we ran a 40litre Engel as a freezer, another as a fridge and heated up some pies in the Buddy, at the end of the day the batteries were sitting on 12.8volt no load.
That's using a 120watt panel, very happy with the performance of the whole set up.
I can see myself re aligning my panel to get optimal performance now.
As I use led lighting at night I could probably downsize my panel. lol
As there is no way I can flatten a 100 ah battery running 2 x led flood lights.
Maybe think of more 12 v gear to take

Here you go IMO I think its cheaper to buy the unit and solder the 50 amp Anderson plugs on later
@ Macca got be happy with the panels performance.
My wife drove up the Sunshine Coast today to pick up her mother. Hmmmm, I may be in the wrong thread :)
