They shut the testing station for thousands of truckies using the Portland Port. When asked for a solution the Melbourne based office gave this answer:

What I'm getting at, is that the truckies still have to get tested every three days because they cross the border hauling woodchips. The city based numpties want the truckies to travel to the border testing station near Nhill, which is a six hour round trip.
