Thats because Chris kindly drive into the log that was in the way and pushed it out of the way for you. Unfortunately copping a little sill damage and a lower trailing arm for his efforts.

Damn Chris! Bloody Lower Trailing arms mate! should have had a look at that last weekend. I probably have a spare here if you need it mate. Big fan of getting HD lowers mate.

Thats nice of you Darren coming to Chris's defense lol but i still believe it was the GU's ability that got me thru un scathed lol.

Weren't you in front of Chris in your GU?? You would have had to go over the log aswell yeh?? Lol

Nah Chris was in front and got to the log and we looked like having to turn around. I walked up and suggested Chris give the log which looked rotten a nudge with his front wheel to break and crush the log.

The log rolled forward and the GQ climbed up on it and then over it and the bloody thing rolled back when his front dropped off it. It rolled back and copped his will and trailing arm.

His rear wheel pushed the log clear for the rest of us to drive around it.

He did good for a you g bloke. Go the rock sliders!

That was the track we turned around on George because your car wouldn't have made it up it. The tree was gone by the time the mighty GQ had finished with it!

So I went to Dargo this weekend, more of a camping trip than a 4WD trip but we did Billy Goats which was a disappointment. I was expecting it to be a lot harder than it was. It was pissing down rain and the stock Pajero with us didn't have a problem getting up. The weather was crap though and we could not see out the sides because of fog so that ruined it....... I will definitely be back on a clear day!
We ended up in Licola last night.
